What we know so far is, both the Montreal and Ottawa suspects were under intelligence watch and even revoked both of their passports in the past 18 months. What did they expect was going to happen ?? Seems like a bit of incompetence, complacency and possible compliance. Harper announced the day after the attack that they are fast tracking a new CSIS act that will allow them to do just that. Oh the irony. Also, my ‘incompetence and complacent’ line is also borrowed from a spokesperson from SIRC (special intelligence review committee) who used those same words in an interview with CBC radio the night of the Ottawa attack.

This was posted on Oct 16th. Days before even the first attack in south east Montreal. Some MPs and political constitutional lawyers were opposed to it and figured it wouldn’t pass. I’m sure it will pass now.
Harper even said it himself yesterday in his opening statement to the house of commons: 23 October 2014

The writing is on the wall. It’s happened before in other countries. Even our own. “The Toronto 18” plot was foiled only because it was actually completely controlled by the RCMP. Mubin Shaikh (an RCMP special agent) posed as a terrorist recruiter inside Canada for over a year and had a training facility operating in Orillia. The only reason they foiled the plot was because one of his recruits ended up contacting another RCMP special agent posing as a middle eastern arms dealer and tried to buy 3 tons of ammonium nitrate fertilizer.

No conspiracy theory. Just co-intel operations for the purpose of political leverage.
These operations typically operate on three levels of plausible deniability.
#1 It happened – And they used it as political leverage.
(Complacency)
#2 They let it happen – And they used it as political leverage.
(Incompetence & Complacency)
#3 They made it happen – And they used it as political leverage.

Only until you get to the third level where you see ‘compliance’ do you enter into the realm of “Conspiracy”
We can already prove #1 and #2 happened.
No conspiracy. Just politics.
However. We can begin to speculate on the possibility that #3 happened.
Specifically what is troubling is the number of conflicting reports of multiple gunmen, a police chase than ensued from the Rideau Center, and a masked gunman on a motorbike. All of which was later denied by the RCMP – even though numerous published reports of eyewitnesses that coincide with these incidents that ‘didn’t happen’
But that’s a whole other speculative argument that goes from police ‘complacency’ to police ‘compliance’
Also, there are numerous reports from non-Canadian media websites that Zehaf-Bibeau’s father was a Libyan Rebel in 2011.
Who funded the Libyan Rebels in 2011 ?? NATO, of which Canada is a member. Follow the money. You’ll find the source of who’s radicalizing these young people. The Libyan Rebels that were funded by NATO went on to Syria and then Iraq to create what we now know as ISIS.
